Key Responsibilities

• Recruit for various positions across all locations and departments
• Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling
• Maintain accurate documentation of recruiting activities and develop candidate sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of recruitment experience
• Knowledge of full life cycle recruiting components
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a related role
• Experience in healthcare recruiting preferred
• Strong project management skills
