Job Summary

Experienced recruiters will find a full-time opportunity to collaborate with department managers and project managers to identify target audiences and develop marketing and recruitment campaigns, utilizing various recruitment methods including social media and networking.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with department and project managers to identify target audiences for recruitment
• Develop marketing and recruitment campaigns in partnership with department managers
• Utilize multiple recruitment methods, including phone, social media, and networking, with potential travel involved

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter
• BA/BS in human resources, business, or a related field
• Proficient with applicant tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment law
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills
