Key Responsibilities

• Fill open positions by placing ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers
• Maintain job requisition and candidate application files, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the People team to address recruitment needs and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in full cycle recruitment in a high volume role
• Knowledge of state-specific recruitment laws and end-to-end talent acquisition processes
• Proven experience using an applicant tracking system
• Strong integrity and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
