Recruiter with US Citizenship

Job Summary

Leading the full lifecycle recruiting process, the remote contract Recruiter with US Citizenship will manage hiring strategies, build relationships with clients and candidates, and utilize advanced tools to source top-tier talent over a 12+ month period.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Develop and implement hiring strategies in collaboration with HR and management
• Source and recruit qualified candidates using various tools and creative techniques

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
• 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting for technical, operations, and/or manufacturing roles
• 5+ years of experience with MS 365 products (Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance
• BS+6-8 years or MS+4-6 years of relevant experience
