Recruiting and Coaching Coordinator
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and passionate individual, the full-time Recruiting and Coaching Coordinator will lead the recruitment, training, and evaluation of new coaches while ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the coaching department, working both onsite in White Bear Lake, Minnesota and remotely as needed.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the screening, interview, and onboarding process for new coach hires
- Train and mentor new coaches, conducting evaluations and one-on-one meetings
- Collaborate with directors and coordinators on season planning and program quality improvement
Required qualifications:
- Experience with recruiting and hiring
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to engage and interact with children aged 2-8
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
