Job Summary
To support a positive employee experience, the hybrid Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and facilitate onboarding processes while collaborating with hiring managers and HR leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting activities and manage job postings across platforms
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring completion of documentation and training assignments
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to promote the organization as an employer of choice
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or human resources
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, agriculture, retail, or multi-location environments preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
