Recruiting and People Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting & People Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end interview lifecycle and complex scheduling for the Talent Acquisition team
• Act as a power user for ATS management and support the rollout of recruiting tools
• Oversee the "Pre-Hire to Hire" journey and lead onboarding compliance processes

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, People Ops, or an Administrative role in a tech environment
• Hands-on experience with Workday and Greenhouse
• Strong understanding of onboarding compliance and HR processes
• Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
• A desire to grow within the People Operations field
