Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruiting cycle for various roles across the organization
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to People Operations projects and maintain accurate employee records
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Recruiting, People Operations, or a related HR field
  • Experience managing the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with recruiting and HR tools is a plus
