Job Summary

Supporting the recruiting department, the part-time Recruiting Assistant will manage administrative tasks, assist with candidate screening, and coordinate interviews while maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with the delivery of recruiting services, including candidate identification and recruitment for open positions
  • Coordinate interview schedules, reporting dates, and employment processing while maintaining accurate recruitment activity reports
  • Support remote recruiters in conducting candidate due diligence and perform in-person evaluation interviews as needed
Required qualifications
  • BA degree required or related professional experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and judgment to manage simultaneous priorities effectively
  • Effective relationship-building and interpersonal skills with a track record of consistent leadership
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and adapt to multiple subject matters
