Recruiting Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Associate to coordinate recruiting efforts and support the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing exceptional candidates for Associate Coaches and internal roles
• Liaising with internal teams to understand hiring needs and support onboarding
• Using data and analytics to monitor hiring and develop strategies for meeting targets

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Recruiting, HR, or a demanding administrative role
• Ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Corporate experience, preferably in financial or professional services
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Knowledge of executive coaching is beneficial
