Job Summary

Experienced manufacturing recruiters will find a full-time opportunity as a Recruiting Consultant, responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for direct hire positions in engineering and skilled trades while partnering with leading manufacturers across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for manufacturing and engineering roles
• Partner with hiring managers to develop customized recruiting strategies and maintain talent pipelines
• Source, interview, and qualify candidates while maintaining strong relationships throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing passive candidates
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven approach
