Recruiting Consultant

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the fully remote Recruiting Consultant will vet and qualify expert witnesses and consultants for high-profile searches, driving recruiting activities to secure top talent while collaborating closely with Account Managers and Expert Services Consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with team members to determine expert qualifications and establishes delivery timelines
• Conducts interviews to assess candidate fit and ensures effective communication throughout the search process
• Oversees candidate updates and manages contracting details once experts are retained

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a recruiting or sales-related function
• Experience in law or consulting firms is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred
