Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through job postings and professional networks
- Screen and evaluate applicants by reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and support the hiring process, ensuring efficient candidate progression
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus
- Experience using LinkedIn Premium/LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards for sourcing candidates
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
