Key Responsibilities
  • Source and attract candidates through job postings and professional networks
  • Screen and evaluate applicants by reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and support the hiring process, ensuring efficient candidate progression
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus
  • Experience using LinkedIn Premium/LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards for sourcing candidates
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
