Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate interviews for candidates with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage job postings and maintain applicant tracking system
  • Take ownership of projects, ensure data integrity, and maintain confidentiality

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high volume administrative role supporting recruitment activities
  • Proficiency with the Google Suite of products (Sheets, Docs, Mail, Calendar)
  • Experience utilizing Workday as an Applicant Tracking System
