Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) to support its Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial interaction to interview
  • Schedule onsite and virtual interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and support interviewer onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or an administrative field, with at least 1 year as a Recruiting Coordinator
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience in creating positive candidate experiences
