Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing any scheduling conflicts
  • Prepare and extend written offer letters to selected candidates in collaboration with the Talent Partner
  • Manage the onboarding workflow in ATS and facilitate background check processes for new hires
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or a similar role
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software
  • Familiarity with background check processes and I-9/E-Verify compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and onboarding
