Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to provide virtual support in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain candidate database and source new employees through various platforms
  • Screen applicants and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs
  • Assist with onboarding and reconcile employee time and attendance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with Latin Honors (cum laude or higher)
  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or human resources experience
  • Experience with job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar sites
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
