Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the hiring process and enhance the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication
- Post job openings and manage candidate referrals to attract a diverse applicant pool
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for documenting and tracking recruiting activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment
- At least 1 year of experience in HR/Recruiting or a staffing agency
- Basic understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and procedures
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High School Diploma or GED
