Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the hiring process and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication
  • Post job openings and manage candidate referrals to attract a diverse applicant pool
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for documenting and tracking recruiting activities
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR/Recruiting or a staffing agency
  • Basic understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and procedures
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High School Diploma or GED
