Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting team's operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate interview schedules for candidates and hiring teams
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience and ensure regular communication
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting or administrative support role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or HRIS systems
  • Experience with data entry and using spreadsheets for tracking and analysis
  • Strong interest in recruiting as a career with a desire to grow within the field
