Key Responsibilities
  • Provide scheduling and logistical support for interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate interview details and logistics to enhance the candidate experience
  • Assist in showcasing the employer brand through advertising materials and event logistics
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of coordination experience supporting Recruiting or Human Resources teams
  • 6+ months of experience in an administrative support role
  • Competent with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
  • General understanding of talent acquisition and human resources concepts
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
