Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide scheduling and logistical support for interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate interview details and logistics to enhance the candidate experience
- Assist in showcasing the employer brand through advertising materials and event logistics
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of coordination experience supporting Recruiting or Human Resources teams
- 6+ months of experience in an administrative support role
- Competent with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
- General understanding of talent acquisition and human resources concepts
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
