Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to assist in the hiring and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks and manage candidate onboarding
- Post job openings on various platforms and follow up with candidates during the hiring process
- Serve as a liaison between recruiting and candidates receiving job offers
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting
- Strong knowledge of full cycle recruitment processes
- Experience recruiting in the mortgage or sales industry is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Proficient in using various internet recruiting platforms
