Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to assist in the hiring and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks and manage candidate onboarding
  • Post job openings on various platforms and follow up with candidates during the hiring process
  • Serve as a liaison between recruiting and candidates receiving job offers
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of full cycle recruitment processes
  • Experience recruiting in the mortgage or sales industry is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Proficient in using various internet recruiting platforms
