Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team by managing the hiring and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, send confirmations, and maintain communication with candidates
  • Support the onboarding process and manage pre-employment steps for new hires
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets, create reports, and ensure accuracy in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
  • Experience supporting onboarding and compliance processes is preferred
