Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team by managing the hiring and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, send confirmations, and maintain communication with candidates
- Support the onboarding process and manage pre-employment steps for new hires
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets, create reports, and ensure accuracy in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Experience supporting onboarding and compliance processes is preferred
