Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support and streamline the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring logistics are managed efficiently
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and assist with interview feedback and next steps
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
