Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Recruitment and Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and assist with background screenings and employee orientations
- Support the HR department with tasks such as creating reports, maintaining employee files, and conducting exit interviews
- Participate in job fairs and assist with the posting of job opportunities
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
- Three (3) years or more in a similar Human Resources role required
