Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Recruitment and Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and assist with background screenings and employee orientations
  • Support the HR department with tasks such as creating reports, maintaining employee files, and conducting exit interviews
  • Participate in job fairs and assist with the posting of job opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
  • Three (3) years or more in a similar Human Resources role required
