Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Recruitment and Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interview schedules, job postings, and recruitment events
  • Support the HR department with employee orientations, reports, and special projects
  • Maintain employee files and assist with disability management and exit interviews
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
  • Three (3) years or more in a similar Human Resources role required
