Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator I to support the hiring process in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to manage interview logistics and track feedback
  • Manage new hire communications and onboarding preparation
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or human resources
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred
