Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to manage interview logistics and track feedback
- Manage new hire communications and onboarding preparation
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or human resources
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred
