Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the recruitment process by managing job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
- Track candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and coordinate pre-hire checks
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely communication regarding candidate status
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in coordinating recruiting activities preferred
- Experience in recruiting or HR within the hospitality/service industry preferred
- Working understanding of talent acquisition principles and practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
