Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the recruitment process by managing job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
  • Track candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and coordinate pre-hire checks
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely communication regarding candidate status
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in coordinating recruiting activities preferred
  • Experience in recruiting or HR within the hospitality/service industry preferred
  • Working understanding of talent acquisition principles and practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
