Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support its hiring process remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy of candidate records
- Review incoming resumes and route candidates to appropriate roles and hiring teams
- Track interview scorecards and monitor candidate pipelines for gaps or delays in the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or coursework in HR, business, or related field preferred
- General proficiency with the Google suite (docs, sheets, slides)
- Reliable, professional, and proactive demeanor
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role is preferred
