Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support its hiring process remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy of candidate records
  • Review incoming resumes and route candidates to appropriate roles and hiring teams
  • Track interview scorecards and monitor candidate pipelines for gaps or delays in the hiring process
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or coursework in HR, business, or related field preferred
  • General proficiency with the Google suite (docs, sheets, slides)
  • Reliable, professional, and proactive demeanor
  • Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role is preferred
