Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Producer Recruiting function by managing candidate pipelines and coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure data accuracy across recruiting systems
- Coordinate interviews and prepare materials for recruiting discussions
- Assist with onboarding activities and maintain organized candidate files
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination or administrative operations strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
