Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support and improve the recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate pre/post huddles for virtual onsite interviews
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and teams to facilitate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Provide weekly reports and support the Talent team with assigned projects
Required Qualifications
  • Entry-level position in Human Resources
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Availability to work 10am-6pm ET or CT
  • Comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
