Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support and improve the recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate pre/post huddles for virtual onsite interviews
- Build relationships with hiring managers and teams to facilitate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Provide weekly reports and support the Talent team with assigned projects
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level position in Human Resources
- Organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and prioritize tasks
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
- Availability to work 10am-6pm ET or CT
- Comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
