Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the initial stages of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and screen a high volume of applications for sales and customer care roles
- Efficiently manage candidate movement through the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely communication
- Organize outreach campaigns to maintain an active talent pipeline and identify suitable candidates from the existing database
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or a high-volume administrative role
- Experience managing candidates within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); familiarity with Greenhouse or Ashby preferred
- Strong pattern recognition skills to evaluate resumes quickly and accurately
- High attention to detail and organizational skills in managing candidate data
- Education: HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
