Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator to support the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the employment application lifecycle, including tracking, data management, and onboarding activities
  • Administer the Employee Referral Program and maintain recruitment metrics and communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and ensure compliance with onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a recruiting coordinator or comparable role
  • Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably iCIMS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
