Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator to support the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the employment application lifecycle, including tracking, data management, and onboarding activities
- Administer the Employee Referral Program and maintain recruitment metrics and communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and ensure compliance with onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of experience in a recruiting coordinator or comparable role
- Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably iCIMS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
