Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the HR department with administrative recruiting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate assessments using Workday Recruiting
  • Maintain various systems and spreadsheets related to the recruitment process
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and communication with candidates and hiring managers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related discipline, preferably in a law firm or legal environment
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and onboarding systems, including Workday Recruiting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and work beyond standard hours as needed
