Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the HR department with administrative recruiting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate assessments using Workday Recruiting
- Maintain various systems and spreadsheets related to the recruitment process
- Coordinate new hire orientations and communication with candidates and hiring managers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related discipline, preferably in a law firm or legal environment
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and onboarding systems, including Workday Recruiting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and work beyond standard hours as needed
