Recruiting Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcer, Stats Tracker.

Key Responsibilities

• Source top Health IT professionals and manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System and support data-driven decision-making through analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recruiting processes and support various staffing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Sourcing, or Talent Operations
• Hands-on experience managing or optimizing an ATS, preferably Zoho Recruit
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on recruiting metrics, with Excel skills required
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
