Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, maintain communication with candidates, and assist with prescreening
  • Support the onboarding process, including background checks and documentation management
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets, create reports, and ensure accurate candidate records in the ATS
Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel skills for data tracking and report creation
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
  • Experience supporting onboarding and compliance processes is preferred
