Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, maintain communication with candidates, and assist with prescreening
- Support the onboarding process, including background checks and documentation management
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets, create reports, and ensure accurate candidate records in the ATS
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel skills for data tracking and report creation
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Experience supporting onboarding and compliance processes is preferred
