Job Summary

Recruiting Coordinator, responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, scheduling, and communication with candidates and the hiring team in a fully remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and communication between candidates and the hiring team
  • Post internal and external job positions and manage the Applicant Tracking System
  • Prepare offer letters and conduct background investigations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to implement process improvements
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices
