Job Summary
Recruiting Coordinator, responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, scheduling, and communication with candidates and the hiring team in a fully remote, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment efforts and communication between candidates and the hiring team
- Post internal and external job positions and manage the Applicant Tracking System
- Prepare offer letters and conduct background investigations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to implement process improvements
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices
