Job Summary

To support a seamless hiring process, the full-time remote Recruiting Coordinator will manage candidate outreach, interview logistics, and data management while collaborating with recruiters and hiring teams across the Western US.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate the recruitment process by creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and preparing candidates and interview teams
  • Manage communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects, including conducting phone screens and supporting talent acquisition activities
Required qualifications
  • Associates degree, HR professional certification, or 4 years of recruiting-related experience, or equivalent combination
  • Experience managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings or interviews across various time zones
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or database software
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Experience responding to inquiries and developing relationships with diverse audiences
