Job Summary
To support a seamless hiring process, the full-time remote Recruiting Coordinator will manage candidate outreach, interview logistics, and data management while collaborating with recruiters and hiring teams in the Western US.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate outreach, interview preparation, and logistics for mid-level positions
- Create job postings and manage debrief calls with hiring teams
- Assist with miscellaneous projects, including conducting phone screens and data management
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree, HR professional certification, or 4 years of recruiting-related experience, or equivalent combination
- Experience managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings across time zones
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or database software
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
