Job Summary

To support the recruitment process for non-term limited mid-level positions, the full-time remote Recruiting Coordinator will manage candidate outreach, interview logistics, and data management while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Create job postings and coordinate kickoff calls with hiring teams
  • Prepare for interviews by managing logistics and conducting debrief calls
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects related to talent acquisition, including phone screens
Required qualifications
  • Associates degree, HR professional certification, or 4 years of recruiting-related experience
  • Experience managing multiple calendars and scheduling interviews across time zones
  • Proficiency in maintaining files, processing paperwork, and data entry
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or database software
  • Experience using MS Office software effectively
