Job Summary

To support the recruitment process for non-term limited mid-level positions, the full-time Recruiting Coordinator will manage candidate outreach, interview logistics, and data management while working remotely, ideally from the Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate the recruitment process including creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications
  • Assist with interview preparation and debrief calls, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • Support miscellaneous projects related to talent acquisition, including conducting phone screens
Required qualifications
  • Associates degree, HR professional certification, or 4 years of recruiting-related experience, or equivalent combination
  • Experience managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings across various time zones
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or database software
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
