Job Summary

Supporting a team of Recruiters in a fast-paced environment, the part-time hourly Recruiting Coordinator will coordinate and schedule interviews, maintain candidate records, and enhance recruitment processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Provide an exceptional experience for all stakeholders, including candidates and hiring managers
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining recruitment processes and implement improvements
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, with scheduling experience preferred
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse and ModernLoop
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude
