Job Summary

To deliver an exceptional candidate experience, the full-time remote Recruiting Coordinator will manage interview scheduling, maintain candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring process while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews, including technical screens and executive interviews
  • Own candidate communication throughout the scheduling lifecycle, including confirmations and logistics
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and prepare interviewers with necessary materials before interviews
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or high-volume scheduling roles
  • Strong operational excellence and attention to detail
  • Professional and warm written communication skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address potential scheduling issues
