Job Summary

Joining the Talent team as a contract Recruiting Coordinator, the successful candidate will enhance candidate experiences from initial contact through the hiring process, collaborating with Recruiters and Hiring Managers while managing interview scheduling and feedback collection in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and interviewers
  • Gather and compile feedback from interviewers to improve the hiring process
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to optimize recruitment workflows and candidate experiences
Required qualifications
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or HR/Talent Acquisition support role
  • Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Ashby
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on building efficient processes
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Administrative experience supporting management or executive-level individuals
