Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Recruiting Coordinator will coordinate the delivery of experts to high-value projects, design recruitment frameworks with leadership, and oversee the orchestration of expert workflows to enhance quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of experts to the highest-value projects
• Design recruitment frameworks in collaboration with the CEO and CTO
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve recruitment processes

Required qualifications

• Experience attracting top talent within short time frames
• Ability to work directly with high-profile clients
• Data-driven decision-making skills, with a focus on metrics like LTV and CAC
• Comfortable operating with a high level of agency and initiative
• Experience in refining recruitment and onboarding processes
