Job Summary

Supporting the Practice Innovation Department on a long-term contract basis, the Recruiting Coordinator will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate hiring efforts, and partner with stakeholders in a fully remote environment, requiring candidates to reside within commuting distance of specified office locations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Create and manage job requisitions within Workday
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Source candidates through various channels and manage relationships with staffing agencies
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in a law firm
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Workday
  • Strong resume review and candidate screening experience
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
