Job Summary
Supporting the Practice Innovation Department on a long-term contract basis, the Recruiting Coordinator will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate hiring efforts, and partner with stakeholders in a fully remote environment, requiring candidates to reside within commuting distance of specified office locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and manage job requisitions within Workday
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Source candidates through various channels and manage relationships with staffing agencies
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in a law firm
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Workday
- Strong resume review and candidate screening experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
