Job Summary
Supporting the Talent Acquisition team, the full-time Recruiting Coordinator will manage end-to-end interview scheduling, oversee new hire onboarding logistics, and source prospective candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams with speed and accuracy
- Manage high-volume, real-time scheduling across multiple US time zones, ensuring same-day responsiveness
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, enhancing their experience
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced company environment, preferably with recruiting research experience
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work consistently within US time zones, particularly Eastern through Pacific
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
