Job Summary
To support the organization's recruiting efforts, the full-time Recruiting Coordinator will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruiting systems in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain recruiting systems, candidate records, and hiring workflows to ensure an organized recruiting process
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards and referrals
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates to provide a professional hiring experience
Required qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or a similar role
- Experience maintaining candidate records and managing interview schedules
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple open roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while aligning with hiring priorities
