Job Summary
Supporting the organization's talent acquisition efforts, the part-time temporary Recruiting Coordinator will manage interview scheduling, maintain ATS data, and assist with hiring and onboarding activities, primarily in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and hiring across all departments and hiring teams
- Facilitate interview logistics, including calendar coordination and candidate communication
- Assist with pre-employment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with organizational practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience using Paylocity Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or talent acquisition operations
- Experience coordinating high-volume interviews or fast-paced hiring operations
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience utilizing Google Workspace tools for scheduling and communication
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience supporting healthcare or public health recruitment environments
