Job Summary

Supporting the full recruitment lifecycle in a remote capacity, the part-time Recruiting Coordinator will manage candidate interactions, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding while gaining foundational recruiting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication to ensure a positive experience
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens for entry-level roles
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and support recruiting reports
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organization and time management skills
