Job Summary
Supporting a high-volume remote hiring program, the full-time Recruiting Coordinator will manage the recruitment process for Customer Service Representatives, ensuring a positive candidate experience while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the recruiting process for remote Customer Service Representative roles, from application review to offer stage
- Schedule and coordinate interviews while maintaining candidate engagement and communication throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, or a fast-paced, people-focused environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships via phone, video, and email
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously
- Resourceful and motivated to maintain a sense of urgency in a high-volume environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
